NON-INTEREST INCOME ENHANCEMENTS

Strunk & Associates, L.P.
Through ACB’s alliance with Strunk & Associates, ACB members can present a genuine service to customers by offering “overdraft privileges”. This program creates a win-win situation by saving the customer overall costs and the embarrassment of bounced checks, while increasing the banks fee income. ACB members have enhanced access to a program that has produced dramatic results for hundreds of community banks. To date, ACB members have generated in excess of $20,000,000 in fee income enhancements through the Strunk program.

POOLED TRUST PREFERRED SECURITIES

Citigroup Global Capital Markets
Raise Capital Without Diluting Your Existing Shareholder Interest Community banks can now raise capital for growth and other strategic purposes at an affordable price. ACB has partnered with Citigroup, which offers an exclusive Pooled Trust Preferred Partnership (TRUPS) with major member advantages. The ACB/Citigroup program allows community banks an inexpensive way to enhance their financial strength by increasing their capital base in a cost-effective manner without increasing their amount of common shares outstanding.
